The Job Role: To firstly act as a front-line support assistant, solving or delegating support calls as appropriate, and secondly to assist management with client queries, preparing documents, acting as the face of our social media campaigns.
With the successful deployment of our various products we wish to ensure that all of our customers continue to receive a high standard of support and assistance when required. Experience of the following would be beneficial, but is not essential:
- Website maintenance / Content Management Systems
- Twitter
- Facebook
- Email Marketing
- Telesales
- Telephone Support
- Adobe CS / Photoshop
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Pay Per Click
This is an opportunity for a dedicated and determined individual to make a significant difference to our team as the first member to undertake a wholly supportive role. Experience of IT in general would be beneficial, as would an understanding of customer service and within a ‘support’ environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, helpful, pro-active individual who enjoys a range of challenges where every day poses a new problem to solve.
Full training on our products will be given as will guidance on our other services and solutions.
