challenge: The client appointed Montpellier Interactive to develop an OCM-managed solution that would enable them to deliver coach-mentoring assessments online. The system devised had to allow the entire process to be completed via the internet, from creation and development of assessments through to distribution, completion and final reports.
solution: A range of assessment systems were designed by the Montpellier Interactive team, including self, 180 and 360. The intuitive solution offers the users the option to part complete the assessment and return at a later time, and summary screens to chart individuals progress. The system also offered:
• Graphical and intuitive results (both onscreen and as pdfs)
• Ability to manage the users who are completing online with prompts and link reminders
• Ability to add, edit and delete assessments and run all types and as many deviations alongside each other
• Admin area for updating email addresses / contact names
• Summary screens for overall programme progress for individuals
• Branded experiences for larger clients
